What is a "Nanerpus"? ...I've seen the video and I still don't know, but I do believe I've received some partial brain damage. I really don't have much to say right now. I just wanted to let everyone know that we will be recording a new episode of Distributed Failure tonight and it shall be awesome! Look for it either tonight, or tomorrow morning.
Nanerpus comes with more sausage.
P.S. Don't forget to donate anything if you have anything...

Red Dead Redemption is now officially getting a sequel and it shall be called: Red Dead Redemption. While I didn't find the original to be a great game, I still found it enjoyable and it definitely had potential.
Details on Red Dead Revolver are slim right now, but it is slated for release in late 2009. It will be an open-world game, rather than being mission-based like the original. It will also be using the RAGE engine, the same engine that powered GTAIV. Besides those few nuggets, there really isn't much to say, but I expect to hear more details in the coming months. I really hope this game turns out to be great and that it sells rather well (we need more Westerns dammit!). Maybe this will help raise interest in a possible Gun sequel. That game may have had some issues, but it was a pretty damn good game overall.
...Below is a clip from the best Western series to ever grace TV! Hopefully Rockstar is paying attention.
Are you already confused? Do you want more randomness that somehow rocks the awesomeness of Aussie-ness with other-ness? If so, you'll have the check out the pilot episode of a currently unnamed podcast (suggestions would be appreciated) that stars some little people I know from a site called Giantbomb. Fun Fact #1: This podcast is explicit and not for virgin ears, or vaginally-inclined ears.
With all that being said, I personally found it to be an enjoyable listen even though it wasn't exactly about anything...besides trying to figure out what it was about (remember what I was saying about the confusion). You can find all the info (as well as the actual podcast) at sir Aussie's blog: "A Public Service Announcement".
...a lovely video for your viewing pleasure awaits you in the full post!
There is just something undeniably awesome about Aussie hip hop.

If you feel like watching a video that makes you feel like you just dropped acid then look no further. Someone put together a little video called "KILLZOWNED!!!!!!" and it's quite interesting to watch at five in the morning. This video is so ridiculous that I almost want to go buy the game now...how does that make any sense? Obviously the video comes with more sausage.
You have just been Killzowned! Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200. Instead, pay me $69 and $9.69 for sales tax. Thank you, please come again.

Batman: Year One is not my first graphic novel revolving around the “caped crusader”, but it did make me aware of how Batman came to be. I gained most of my Batman knowledge through the various films throughout the years, but they all seem tame in comparison to Batman: Year One. The novel is dark and gritty and it’s hard to find anyone who doesn’t have at least one flaw, even Batman. Whether the pain is emotional or physical, Batman: Year One really reminds you that Batman is just an ordinary man putting the weight of a city on his shoulders.
Below is the first video uploaded from Skate 2...It proves that I am better than Superman and a ride into the sunset. Linkage: Skate Reel ...don't expect anything amazing from this video. It's really just a test video, but I still find it "short, but sweet".

Skate 2 is scheduled for release on January 22, 2009...yes, that's today. I woke up this morning to see that there is already some DLC for the game and it's called "Time is Money Pack". This DLC pack will set you back 400MS points and all it does is unlock everything that you can unlock by just playing through the game, thus the name. I thought that EA may have stopped with this crap after the NFS games and The Godfather debacle, but it seems that they still want to charge you for your laziness. I guess I can't really be too upset with them, it's not like they are forcing anyone to buy the pack. Touché EA.

One of my favorite new shows last year was Reaper, but no one watched it and essentially the Reaper died (is that possible?). There have been rumors that the show may return mid-season if there was room and I'm happy to say that Reaper will return on March 17th (which is a Tuesday)! I'm glad that the show is being given a second chance and I really hope people actually take the time to watch it, or it will just end up dying once again.
If you're not quite sold on the show, or the idea behind the show...look below and tell me that's not awesome!
I recently got around to finishing the game earlier today and it was nothing short of amazing. This video is really only for those of you who managed to get the true ending yourself...unless you don't mind spoiling the hell out of yourself. Back to the point...below is the true ending to one of the best games I've ever played. Persona 4 is the best game of 2008 without a doubt for moi.
